If you've got the tri-color screen then you're not bricked, you're in bootloader. You've phone's just waiting to be flashed. Since you've got an updated bootloader I'd imagine you had a 3.xx rom and radio installed last, so my only reccomendation is that you flash a 2.xx or newer rom, because flashing to anything under can REALLY brick your phone. You need an "Exit Bootloader" program, I've attatched it for you. You need it so that you can make a connection via activesync so you can begin flashing the ruu properly.
