    mac only has usb so using that. nothing happens when i plug in the phone data cable. the OS should detect the new usb device when this is done. I have followed the instructions given by reliance on thier OSX datasheet.

    I have just purchased an LG2030 and have the problem that my mac running OSX 10.3 won't recognise the cable or phone. the cable and phone was tested by the guys at reliance and appears to work with a PC. any clues?
