i got a new prepaid connection three days ago and tried connecting .(handset LG RD5130) datacable -LG
and it says username and password is invalid.i called up reliance customer care and they told me that my registratioin form has not been updated.
then i inquired the reliance webworld where i bought the handet and the datacard....and they told me that the server was down so that they cudn't process the form.i don't think so.. that was a genuine reason ...and i'm really upset with the way they answer my queries.can any one help me out with this issue plz.
