is this service previously offered by any company???? in postpaid you can have the number of your choice....but in prepaid you cannot.....!!...i think so.....if im wrong please correct

reliance gsm services is not fully functional till now..... such as....we cannot further reduce the call rates...and cannot avail any sms pack.... this because gsm service is not commercially launched .....they are running only a test service now...means a "BETA Version" ..... till may all the features are going to be funtionable

reliance has launched CEP customer experince programme ........is this to test the networks before official release......or we can say that BETA RELEASE..!!!!!! i've heard that reliance will test its service till may....and in may it will release the services officially...... please comment guys..!!!!!

mine experience is not good..... following is detail... DAY-1 40% network coverage.... outgoing- till now only 5 minutes outgoing .....rest it ends with connection error..... incoming- tests from all networks except bsnl....not working from any network sms- going but not coming.... Hope it will become operational till tomorrow....

may be its due to the reason that they have just launched the service...because in our circle their is problem in making outgoing calls also with full network showing on mobile........ and yes can you please explain how did you activated your gprs service on mobile because customer care till now is started...and dealers dont know about it......please tell me....

i've purchased a reliance mobile gsm sim yesterday...punjab number 90231333**....and they activated it on 12am night......confirming me with a message....then i made a call to my friend....and my validity started.... i talked to my friend for about 5 minutes and 5rs has been deducted from my balance.......from then till now i'm not able to make any call from my reliance mobile......nor any single message is going from reliance gsm mobile... Network is also very poor.....i'm using reliance netconnect usb data card and it has full coverage in my room....but on gsm sim i get only 20-40% network..... also when network is full neither i'm able to make or outgoing nor accepting incoming....when tried from another phone , my phone appears to be " out of coverage area"..!!!!!! Reliance customer care is also not working....they says route is busy....try again later...!!!!! This is not happening with me only...but also to my friends who purchased this gsm mobile.... are you also facing this types of problems??

the first 20rs you will get is for first 2days and you have to consume it within two days.......after which 10rs will be added per day....means 3rd day onwards.......and sim cost you rs 25....but all the dealers are charging 50rs.....dont know why? information collected from "reliance staff" thankzz
