In gujarat bsnl is already giving onnet calls free through out gujarat from landlines at an additional monthly charges of 111 since 1st jan.

In gujarat, all the operators are in process for charging validity on monthly basis i.e. deducting Rs 40-50 from the balance itself for extending the validity by one month. All GSM operators are making that effective in 2-3 days in Gujarat. Most probably that will be followed by CDMA operators also, and may be in other circles also. But the most horrifing thing is, they will now be giving talktime in recharges as Talktime = MRP - 12.25% ST - 30% Admin Charges.
