I have tried multilink. I have set up multilink, one on serial port using FWP and other on USB using RIM. Whichever phone is connected first remains connected. But the second connection is never connected, as the remote server doesn't allow it .

New LG 6130 is available in RIM prepaid at Rs.6999- Do not know the features or anything, But its a camera phone.

Thanks Deepu for ping.bat But when I run that I get average speed dropping from 120 kbps to 80 kbps. Someone had pointed in earlier post about pinging the active connection, that also has same effect. but when I ping anyother no. than active connection, though the screen shows request timed out but the net speed is maintained around 120 kbps on average(i.e. I can download about 40 MB per hour simultaneously uploading 7-8 MB)

Vishal, I have registerd the R-Connect Plan change request for Platinum(Rs.1500-/unlimited) for my FWP on 30334343. They said it will be effected within 72 hrs. I also got my voice plan change request(from Plan1000 to Plan290) registered at WW, as I have very less voice outgoing usage and that will effect in Zero Rental Plan290

For no monthly rent towards voice calling, the customer has to opt for Freedom/Platinum data plan + Zero Rental Joy149( which is new plan available only in conjunction with these data plans)

Use samsung 191 for net. It will give u speeds upto 180 kbps. On an average I get 130 kbps average download speed alongside 60 kbps upload speed in my P2P program. But in more traffic times it may be 10-15 kbps less.

Hi Manju, Welcome to RIMWEB. For ur querry, datacab for 6130 is the same that is used for 2230/5130. Its official cost is 1399-.You can get that from WW or LG service centre. I do not think its cheaper versions are available at present in the market.
