I have been unable to connect to RWorld since last two days. My pre-paid validity expired 2 days back and even after recharging, I am not able to enter RWorld since then. It doesnt even goto the Rworld home page. I get an error as soon as I click on the option to enter RWorld saying "Your subscription is expiring soon, Please make sure you have enough balance to renew." It gives two options Continue and Home. If I click on both of them, it keeps returning to the same screen. There is no option to recharge WAP usage on my mobile, withough accessing RWorld.. even the customer care
Has anyone faced this problem? I have complained to customercare and they are yet to figure out the solution.
