    well, reliance gsm customer care (Jharkhand) says "we do not have service of mms for Reliance mobile customers". actually this is totally wrong i have tried it, it works and charges rs.5/- per mms. It delivers only to reliance gsm numbers (local as well as std).

    But in Bihar & Jharkhand it is very affordable Rs. 303/- for both postpaid n prepaid mothly for unlimited using.....
