Now here is what you can do 1- contact Rcom seller girnar tele 2- tell them you need to put re-otaf request. 3- and also you need data dump file as data is not working. 4 - if they put do both, you are lucky person. 5- after re-otaf request is processed. You can dail *228 and re activate your number. 6- after activation save your min number from ##000000# screen. 7- do data settings as per tutorial and get data working .   6. Actually I don't want to support devices purchased from rcom , but you have reach till a very good stage of self programing, so would like to help here. Before I start , I want to ask few questions. 1- where is your current number ? On this phone and you are not able to make calls. Or you have transfered it to some other phone or sim. 2- before doing this programming have you factory reset your phone or took a update ? 3- your are not aware of all things , but still want to ask you. Do you know your MIN number ? 4 - have you contacted reliance or a reliance seller for dump file ? 5- your number is postpaid or prepaid ? Sent by Moto G on Reliance CDMA
  7. ^^^ Dump file contains your internet (data) settings. This you will get from person who did MEID registration for your moto g. If your moto g 's MEID is not registered then you need to wait till MEID registration opens . Right now MEID registration is closed. Sent by Moto G on Reliance CDMA

    Actually this phone is little buggy when comes to network .Few phones works perfectly on everything . few works good on gsm but won't work on CDMA. Few works on 2g , but not able to get 3g. Read full thread you will get an idea. Sent by Moto G on Reliance CDMA

You have not mention which model / carrier No info about new activation or working phone No info about error or actual issue faced No one will be able to help you if you just say *228 not working .     Dump file contains data (internet) parameters for your phone (meid). We generate this while sending meid for registration with reliance. But now as registration is closed, we cannot register meid so your phone is useless for reliance (as of now). Tata is possible with 1X data. Bsnl topic already posted. Don't know about MTS .   25. ^^^ Read the tutorial again, you need to get prl from dfs server if u don't have one. Or just download prl from programing soft post and any other post for prl (there are many), and use in while doing Nam programing. And if your phone is working fine for voice , start the tutorial from slide no 32. Random reboots are not normal for moto g. Kindly keep a check and inform you seller now only . he might help.
