I totally agree with you nagaraj, But outsourcing is different, and taking ready made from 3rd party and putting company logo on it is different. Company outsource the jobs on their own conditions, so quality can be maintained. but while purchasing from 3rd party company have to compromise their quality, they have to buy which is already available in market.
