This will be the best solution for you as you dont want to use pc hdd. download direct to usb or hdd without pc, it will be having embedded OS (99% Linux) Even you can get few media players which do download and play video

Red and white sim might be verizon/Vodaphone old sim, you need red sim which should be LTE sim only.

^^^ Just read it yesterday, it so sad, this was the first app which i was use to install in all PC's I sold. Till version 2.95 it was too good, basic and easy to use audio player, but after version 3.x it was buggy and full of blot.... I still use Winamp 2.95 on win7. I may say Its AOL fault !! R.I.P. WinAmp !!
