Solution is already mention in your screen shot ! you need SIM card , even for using in nv mode, SIM card is required. Rom won't let u dial until it sees SIM . Or u need a mod to bypass this, which I am not aware of. Sent from Xparent ICS Tapatalk 2

your phone is having 2600 mAh battery, company should have provided 2amp charger, check if your charger is 2amp, and you are using original charger only. even you can try 2amp samsung charger for one charge and see the difference is there or not.
