Inserting Akey takes only 5min, main work is restoring your original meid, which is going to take time, it may take 1hr it may take 10hrs. you cannot do meid restore with QPST, If you want I can mail you the method to restore MEID, but its time consuming method .

UP is worst than MH, aalok bhai remembers your phone, I send 3 time and all 3 times it came back due to different forms, in MH they may charge extra octroi but never return goods. but still there are areas in MH where octroi is not applicable, then there are local tax which is applicable, government earns money from every place.

Raja ji, its only a Akey issue, (not a big one) as you have registered the meid, you must be having Akey with you, if not ask the person who done the registration. putting akey in phone its just 2min game with CW 2.7. -

Even for Rs 100 octroi is applicable, it depends how your seller is mentioning the item, if you are getting some personal item, which is not sold to you, then no octroi, if item comes with invoice the 5.5% octori + courier service charges are applicable. it all depends on how it was sent, and how courier company present it infront of octori BABU, and how is babu's mood, if he had a fight with his wife, then he will put octori on every thing, some time they open the item and put value according to them and put octroi on their own value, we cant do anything to it.

Except Octroi. ebay global easy buy doesn't pay octroi. So far, the only sites that take care of octroi too are letsbuy and futurebazaar. Others you have to pay the octroi. I saved 500rs of octroi on phone ordered from letsbuy, they paid it In a past camera transaction with indiaplaza as well as tradus, I had to pay about 500 rs octroi on cameras costing 7000-10000 rs. Letsbuy dont pay any octroi, their courier company tackles octroi vala by making it for personal / non commercial use / demo etc.etc.. I have paid octroi while buying from letsbuy, Same happens with ebay, its on your luck (how courier company plays) -
