^^ Have you updated your OS to 4.5 , If old service is activated on OS 4.2 then after updating to 4.5 Voda phone always gives problem check your OS, if it is 4.5, wipe it and install 4.2

first check EV coverage area also confirm same from tata hub near you. than ask them to activate EVDO on your handset. or call CC .

Sir ji, which phone you are using ? as per your profile you have nokia 6275 and in this nokia you cant get EVDO .

^^^ MSID is your MIN number which is just like a phone number only its for system and MEID is your phone serial number, on which your MSID will be activated. you use any handset programed or registered your MSID remain same for particular number . MEID / ESN / RSN changes depending on handset.

making special plans for specific phone is good for sale but how many are going to use it Also normal sim can be used in apple so no need for micro sim its only good for marketing !
