I am tired reading 6265 thread and waiting for it. Instead of that I would prefer to go for 6275i. But again let's pray God that Mr. ADA think to consider this phone in Reliance network. Because their mind only works for dirty, useless, Sasta, Sada phone only.

Finally some one has posted real truth.. After taking Reliance h/s we should not think and guess anything, just wait and watch...what useless stuff is coming up by Mr. ADA. After business division Mr. ADA has become so poor that he can not think for such high end models, they will just keep introducing useless models at much higher price. It would be nice if they allow any phone purchased from market,..... again I started seeing dream....

What is the use of these features in 16 mb memory?????? Need atleast expandable memory. I think we should not make any hope for good/featured phone in CDMA market, especially from RIL, so called no. 1 service and bla bla , bull sheet.................

50 R-World downloadable ringtones!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Useless feature. Is there any good tune available on R-World?? Why not to download from PC, but this option Reliance will never give. Using Reliance mobile is like making us handicapped.

I think now we should findout some solution for downloading ringtones via cable. Request to all experienced users to look for this.

I think they will surely make this portal chargeable and that could be the reason it was not working. If any one having prepaid connection, pls. try this so that they can quickly comment about charges. My bills are directly paid and so I can not come to know this.

I sent ringtone from Outlook to my friend who purchased 6130 one year back, and also copy to me (I purchased 3 months back), but we both have not received any ringtone. Now no option left. I come to know that new 6130 is not available in Reliance. They stopped this model now. Why RIM don't like to make their customer happy?????? Why they don't give freedom to their customer. If any day I found Mr. Anil, definitely I will throw my phone on his face .................let's do it so that they stop thinking dirty ideas of disturbing customers.

Dear Friends, From last 10 days, I am not able to download ringtone through MMS portal. Every time after pressing add slide it says - "An internal error has occurred. The operation could not be completed. Click here to return to the application" Is anyone facing the same problem??? Any solution please...... Earlier also such thing has happened, but it has started working within short time, but now from last @ 10 days it is not working.

Let's hope LG introduce feature packed phone like Nokia 6600 (as I don't like 6255) but at cheaper rate, atleast comparable with GSM similar feature phone price. Otherwise 6130 the best one.............. no option..

Wow, what a Nice Phone!!!!!!!!! I don't know why Reliance is launching only low end models in LG. Nothing a perfact phone, this is a real needed phone. Let's hope Reliance introduce similar phone here, as they have atleast now launched Nokia 6255 (still not a perfact required phone, but something is better than nothing)

I have downloaded NOKIA Multimedia converter and converted MP3 to AMR format with files size of 60kb only. I could send that file as attachment to my phone. But I could not receive it, when I try to connect the message appears - MMS Receiving failed. You ppl said it supports AMR file. What could be the problem. For your reference I am attching here the convereted AMR file. Please reply so that we can download this files also in our phone. I could download just now one AMR file of 24kb and sounds very well. Actually this I have downloaded from google, a readymade AMR file. Let me convert MP3 to AMR with size very small and try. I shall further updte on this. This phone is really amazing. I have successfully downloaded the converted file using NOKIA converter with size of 25 kb and it sounds nice on phone. So now no need for MP3 ringtones. Enjoy................. You can use cable to download photo and you need to have LG Link software from www.lgmobiles.com Regarding Ringtones please check with Ringtone for RD2030 and RD5130 section. Please send me on my mail - ehsurat@sancharnet.in I tried cable having USB connection and could not use due to improper driver. Now COM port cable is working fine. But Laptop only have USB port.

Same problem here...so wait and watch. If we get some software by which we can download ringtone to LG mobile, just imagine......... Well till then just rely on this protal. But atleast we have something for downloading ringtones. otherwise useless ringtone on R-World and that too at Rs. 7/- and also not so good at India Times... About MMS charges, I don't see my bill. Our company pays this and so I may not to about the charges for MMS I send to others. If the charges are on very higher side I may have to bear. So asking this to you guys. 6/8/05, 3.00 p.m. Just now I could download ringtone and Wallpaper.... Enjoy............

MMS Portal is working fine now. Just now I have downloaded Gayatri Mantra which is @ 115kb and successfully saved in my mobile. So I think we can download bigger size MMS also. Is there any charges if we send MMS to others through this portal? What I understood is now if we login through our own number and send MMS to our number there is no charge, but if we send to other there will be some charge. Please reply.

Dear Ashishbabu, Let me thank you for putting a great ringtone collection in respective thread. I have also tried many times sending rintones through outlook express. Pls. read Chirag's reply. Now we can not send ringtones through outlook or other emails. The only way is MMS portal and it's under RIM control. Never expect anything from CC or ASC, they will simply accept that there is a problem in 6130 regarding MMS receipt. This foolish guy are really playing with LG brand image. I could receive ringtone last on 29th July and after that MMS portal gives message after we click to Add slide as "An internal error has occurred. The operation could not be completed". If anyone knows pls suggest what to do. Now in Mumbai situation is well.

Dear Xshay421, I also bought cable at @ 350/-. First I tried USB cable, but could not find any driver for the same. The driver what ever available with me I tried, only LG lite worked , but not LG Link. I have not tried R connect. Then I replaced it with COM port cable and everyting worked well. I have also asked ppl to send me USB driver in case anyone is successfully using it, but not received any response. And as you said don't expect help from Reliance and LG ppl. You can try proper USB dirver for your cable. For COM port cable there is no problem.
