A small question --- One of my customer had EVDO activated on his Phone. Than he got number retained to a RUIM to use Incredible 2. Now he is getting 1x now but not getting EVDO Speed / 3G. So does EVDO needs activation again after change of Handset/RUIM ??? Please reply.

I cant comment for Incredible 1. But I have downgraded Many Incredible 2's from 2.3.4 to 2.3.3.

For Motorola Droid 2, Droid Pro, Droid 2 Global this works no matter its roaming or home circle.

I have got Data working on Reliance. But having Problems with Tata. I did following for TATA---- Settings -> Wireless & networks ->Mobile Networks ->CDMA Options ->Access Point Names -> Add New APN -> Name - TATA APN - TATA Username - 10 Digit Phone# Password - 10 Digit Phone# Authentication Type - PAP or CHAP PPP Phone Number - #777 Saved this APN. Selected it. So That Radio Button is GREEN. Back, Back. MObile Network Settings - Data Roaming - Check (Green) Enable Always-on Mobile data - Check (Green) Back Mobile Network (Connect to Internet) - Check (Green) Also in Settings -> Power ->Fast Boot ---- UNCHECK (White). restarted the Phone. But DATA does not work. While I used the same for Reliance & it Works like Charm. Please HELP !!!

Seems like its dead money recovery. I have 3 Reliance Postpay (2 CDMA + 1 GSM) all on same name & billing address, but different CIF#. For GSM I got a bill of Rs. 5400 which I did not pay. Till now have not received any notice or any calls & the number has been terminated (Checked with WebWorld). And other 2 numbers are working till date.

Depends over the condition. For 2 Years old, May be 10~12k

^^^ 20k is very high for a 2 year old camera. Brand New D3100 with 18-55 is 25~26k now. For Zoom get a Telephoto lens. And make more options are available.

First I must mention, Don't Try to flash Radio from Chinese ROM to Verizon one & Vice-versa. You might end up with NO Radio. @ weapon-x Agree with you that Chinese ROM does not have any Google stuff in it. But its available for download as a Extra. Also Please mention which Custom ROM you used. And DATA folder is used for storing user data & has nothing to do with Radio flash. Most custom ROM don't flash Radio. Rather I suggest doing DATA folder wipe at-least 2 times so just to make sure your phone does not end up with Boot-Loops. Gurus Please correct me if I am wrong.

Agree with Amit Ji. I was using Touch phones for past 2 years & I switched to BB8830. Most of the time when you switch phones from touch to type, Your finger goes to screen to click or select but I must say literally my finger never went over the screen to touch. I am using Droid 2 Global currently & I love QWERTY Keypad much as compared to touch.

^^^ Yes. Airtel does have network but NLD calls are carried on BSNL network.

Its a Proposal. I hope there will be discussions over it & I personally feel most companies are not going to favour 'All India Free Roaming'. Specially AirTel, Vodafone, Idea due to loss in Revenues. There won't be much effect on BSNL, RCOM since they already operates Pan-India Network of their own.

Don't know what will be the aftermath once this policy is implemented. Truly One-India.

Atleast on HTC Phones Factory Reset / Erase User Data don't remove the Operator settings. But for Motorola once you update & reset, All settings are gone. That's why I say, Keep your MIN noted to a safe place.

Search for 'Superuser' in Market. Install / Update Superuser on your Rooted phone. After its updated, You open it & soon you will get a notification that Binary files are not updated. Once you click update, it will download the latest Binary Files & Busybox. Try installing root Explorer again after completing above process.
