Yes. Dump file is no use for Nexus. But you can ask for screen shot of your MEID registration details. It has all details you need to program Nexus in future.

As I said earlier, Manufactures don't build Nexus as they build their own Phone. Example Samsung - Fascinate & Nexus S 4G or S2 & Galaxy Nexus. Thats how they vary & match price -

Specs seem too good & promising. Price is amazing. Should kill S3 in no time if its good. Usually Nexus phones are killed by Manufacturers specially Samsung. Happened in case of Nexus S & Galaxy Nexus. Lets see what LG has done to this Nexus. -

Most of the drivers are compatible. Microsoft has loaded Win8 with hell lots of drivers. PC Newer than 8 months may need drivers. But its able to download most of them with Windows Update. -

best is to modify the 246 fxz xml file. remove the erase - userdata option and flash it. I just flashed my mother's Bionic. Its amazing.

^^^ Official ICS for Chinese ROM is already available since May. ICS for Verizion -- leaks are available, no idea about Official OTA these should not flash over Revolutionary S-OFF.

Motorola Droid 3 is also a option apart from HTC Incredible 2. If data is not must on RUIM than - Droid 4, Razr, Razr Max, Bionic etc are available. Even Samsung S3 works. -
