Good to see that aircel is entering into mumbai as people will have more choices and better affordability, some time back idea started in its services in mumbai and there was great enthusiasm among peope about it, but it failed on all counts, it is clearly visible by lack of aggresive marketing and better affordability options as compared with others, i hope aircel wouldnt do such a thing. for any cell phone operator to be successful two things are very important one is better affordability and another is best service.

Reliance should look at the sms biz also, take a look at other cellphone service providers they all have sms packages for their user, having product like this in the portfolio helps to make more revenue apart from voice calls, till date even i havent seen reliance anytime bringing any sms pack for their users, they should definitely look at this.

Good to see that the next generation iphone software is getting released, but i would be happy only when the iphone is available and affordable for the masses, releasing a product like iphone in partnership with cellphone service providers will hurt the image of the product in the minds of poor people, i hope when will apple realise this

when will india have a full fledge 3g services, license have already been given out, but still to see any operators to bring out any 3g service, whateever new technology or a service comes, for it to be successful, it should be affordable and easy to use by middle class and poor people
