Thanks for the link given. In tariff its showing Rs.2/- per MB, whereas in Mobile internet Rs.0.50 per MB only. Why charges are high? Is this better than Mobile internet? If so reasons. I have little knowledge in internet. Please clarrify me.

Dear Members, A friend gifted me a new HTC Touch Flo (maybe VIVA)instrument (On below battery having No: CE1177) and I put Reliance GSM Sim and to use mobile internet, to get settings, sent an SMS as 'all' to 55100 and I got reply message as "Handset information not present in data base". Then I called CC and replied as "No settings available for this phone" Please advice me. Thanks in advance.

In this Caller Tune, charges were in two parts. 'A') RENTAL 'B') RENEWAL No change in 'A' i.e. Rs.30/- per month And For 'B' previously it's Rs15/- for 3 Months, now reduced to Rs10/- as per my latest Bill But any changes in renewed number of days= Don't know. I have to wait & see of coming bills.

Really this is a lesson to all Service Providers. In my view Rs10000/- is very less for the harrassment over a period of morethan 2years. If Trai puts a rule to all service providers, not to charge any rent, if no outgoing morethan 90 days(Unless a specific request from the customer), willbe better.

A mynute mistake in calculations. Difference of total 'D' & 'E' coloums must tally with the total of 'F'coloum. Having only Rs1/- difference. This arised in Item No:50, 'F' value comes to Rs. +0.31 instead of Rs. -0.69. So the total difference is Rs1/- and the actual total of coloum 'F' comes to Rs.44.41 In the scianario of "CONFUSE AND GET MORE FROM CUSTOMER" of Service providers, your calcualation is very useful. My problem solved. I got Rs100/-mobile balance. And also within 5 minits got the gift of Rs.25/- They said the problem arised because of wrong punching of PIN numer @ IVRS call.
