Yesterday morning tried with Rs.100/-. Immediately debited at my bank account and still now not got the balance. I made a complaint mail and got a reply that my problem will be solved within 3 days. Anybody tried this, post here their experiences.

Make a serious complaint. Every service provider giving a faclility of free information about balances and validity. As per Reliance '*' means toll free. May be while preparing the programme for Simple plans they might forgott to add this *225

In Andhra Pradesh also no need to prefix '*' for 367. But for 225, we have to prefix '*'

One of my US Freind gifted me HTC Touch Viva. Is this useful for Reliance CDMA, if any changes made, and if so then what are the drawbacks. If useful to GSM only, then to use interent (Only a limited usage) which service provider is best. Someone in this forum help me.

hv u seen karbonn mobiles...i m using kc441..its dual sim n very good phone with one year warranty..recently they hv launched kc551 n its same as spice d6666..i mean u can use either gsm+gsm or gsm+cdma...n it cost around Rs.5900 with 4 gb expendable memory n 1.3 mpxl camera....from my experience belive me its better thn spice in every aspect either its battery backup or looks or anything else..... In this KC441 having bluetooth. Can you please post here the specifications or any link and where it available. Thanks

Yes. It's cost Rs.500 + Service Tax @ 10.3%. As yours is Prepaid, nothing will happen. You may keep as it is. And for Bank's sites also you can give this number. Somany people using like this.

Then the only way, complain BSNL people at Toll Free No: 1991 (In some areas this number may differ)

Don't press ' * ' before 114. Eventhough not worked, the only way to complaing BSNL people at Toll free No:1991 (Insome areas this number may differ)

In whatway you have tried. You have to activate 114 followed by divertee number. To deactivate simply press 115. Sometimes in BSNL exchanges, some numbers will be blocked. If not worked in this system, you have to complain BSNL helpline.

Maybe in GSM also same proceedure. First you try. If not worked then contact GSM customer care
