I HAVE PURCHASED SPICE C 810 CDMA MOBILE FOR USING RELIANCE SEVICE.
AS I PURCHASED THIS HANDSET ON 14TH MARCH 2009, FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE I AM FACING A PROBLEM OF NETWORK.
WHILE DIALING ANY OUT GOING CALL IT TAKES 3 - 5 ATTEMTS & AS MOBILE IS SHOWING FULL NETWORK ON DISPLAY STILL INCOMING CALLS ARE NOT COMING, IT SHOWS NOT REACHABLE AREA OR THIS PHONE IS SWITCH OFF.
AFTER MANY COMPLAIN TO SPICE & RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE I HAVE NOT FOUND ANY RESULT.
DUE TO THIS REASON I AM LOOSING MY MANY IMPORTANT CALLS.
PLS. SUGGEST WHAT TO DO.......
