just remove d data cable from pc and restart d computer then again connect d phone to d pc and restart d smscaster.if its not detected then select d port & press update or update all in smscaster. hope it will help.

have you configure d tata settings like user name ,password in d huawei dialer?and then choose this tata connection from setting menu. -
