MNP Retention Offer You Received
amitnsonu replied to rajanmehta's topic in Mobile Number Portability (MNP)
Isn't Vodafone crazzy... Mumbai 2GB VMC for Rs 299 Delhi 2GB VMC for Rs. 198 and for UP west 500 MB VMC for 499 1 GB VMC for 699 A company having Pan India licence discriminate this much. 40-50 Rs. difference in different circles is OK but this is too much for UP west customers. Akhir UP west walo ne kya galti kar di my dear vodafone ? -

very funny but i amazed that what forced you to port in to RGSM that too from vodafone, even after reports of bad network & CC of reliance ? ye to shuruaat hai, aage jab number RGSM pe aa jayega then your problems only will increase. for now do send a mail to anil.ambani@relianceada.com with cc to serviceassurancecell@relianceada.com customercare@relianceada.com gsm.customercare@relianceada.com plus nodal officer and appellate authority of Mumbai (or which circle you belong to) believe me you will get quick result.. -

yaa RGSM has very good GPRS speed as compared to others, may be due to lesser congestion. are u able to make call to *222 or *333 or 198 easily ? -
Guys here is another 2 updates from my side : I got a revert of my email to Reliance stating that "We have not recieved any port out request for your number, please contact your recipient operator". Than Today I called Aircel guy and what he told me is smelling another telecom scam ongoing. he told me that my request is pending with MCHA (Mobile Number Portability clearing house administrator), not with reliance, hence there is no guilty of reliance in this case. But the question arise why this request is pending in MCHA ? Is reliance paying money to MCHA for not sending the port out request to the reliance, so that they become innocent without loosing customer. what the hell is going on ? after so many days my mood is changing regarding MNP. I am thinking of continuing this number with reliance. I m getting good postpaid plan "simple 99" with additional 100 Rs calling including roaming+ 11 Rs sms addon. now thinking of putting my old vodafone number into my wildfire as it has very good coverage all over India. Sali MNP ne aur jyada confuse kar diya hai So here is end of my MNP saga. Today morning recieved a sms from Aircel that my MNP request has been cancelled because of wrong UPC. I carefully wrote the UPC in MNP form with my hands. Reliance really s**ks and has been able to retain me atleast for sometime. I may drop the plan of MNP.

Root of all causes is Reliance whether it is port in or port out. Now I will definitely keep away from ADA group by all mean (I just avoid to invest with Reliance mutual fund, although I know its managed by trustee) Reliance hai hai Reliance hai hai

sent a mail to both email ids provided by rajan bhai regarding delay in MNP process, here it is : Subject : Complaint against Reliance communications for delay in MNP process Dear Mr. Kapil sibal Hon'ble Telecom minister India Here is my complaint regarding delay in MNP process from my existing service provider Reliance communication Name : Amit Chaudhary<br clear="all"> Mobile number : 93106xxxxx Circle : Delhi NCR Portout network : Reliance CDMA Port in network : Aircel Timeline 24 Jan 2011 :UPC generation date. 27 Jan 2011 : Applied to aircel with all formalities (adress proof, id proof, upc code). 28 Jan 2011 : Address verification done by aircel. till then no message from 1900, no message from aircel, no message from reliance. 4 Feb 2011 : time limit of 7 days (including holidays) for process of MNP expires but no porting done. 5 Feb 2011 : I contacted aircel executive which told me that from our side every thing is complete, reliance is not releasing your number. I called Reliance CC @198, they told me that it is still in process. I ask its already 7 days over. he replied sir we cannot say anything but it will resolve soon, no time given. But the one important thing i did not recieved any msg from 1900 or aircel or reliance regarding mnp process. Till date my porting process is not complete as already 11 days passed. I request you to take some disciplinary action against the culprit.<br clear="all"> Thank you one update as of today : aircel guy told me that his senior sent a mail to some rcom officer regarding this clearing (as i am not alone customer facing this problem with reliance, he was having another 5-6 numbers from reliance with same problem, OMG reliance loosing customer @ very fast pace), and your number will be ported tomorrow (9 feb) night. let's see

Exactly same problem is occuring with me bro...First I had struggled to get UPC code from R-CDMA..now after submitting MNP request to AIRCEL..on 29/01/11 ..A'cel ppl are saying R-CDMA has not approved the request..Called Rel CC no of times..They say technical issue..will not be able to tell in how many days it will get resolved ??? Nodal officer no in Delhi - 011-30332655 no body picks that phone...WTF !! Has R-CDMA got these stupid strategies to retain customer ? What the hell is TRAI and Kapil Sibal doing ???? What can I do in this case ?? Rgds Sumit exactly same problem as of sumit. got UPC easily on 24 th Jan, submitted docs to aircel on 27 th Jan, till then msg from reliance, aircel or 1901. after 7 days I called aircel guy, he told me that reliance is not releasing my no. called rcom, cc says the request is in solving stage. called again aircel guy yesterday, he told that my request is pending in reliance. this way reliance is going to loose more customers as this lead to frustration. I will now convert all 3 reliance no. to other operators.

Not at all. i would suggest RGSM only & only for data, as their EDGE speed is very good that too because of less congestion. I have noticed a peek speedtest.net result of 216 kbps. very good speed in comparison of other operators. for voice, BSNL is even better than RGSM. -

cant replace cash.... we, human sometimes lost so much in technology that it bounced us back. just sharing some incidents : I am too quite addicted of using my visa cards for shopping or online bills paying/recharging. once I was in mall with wife not having even 100 Rs cash (just thought mall... no need of cash as all the merchants are having card payment machines). went shopping went to Mcdonalds, ordered and give my card for payment. I was surprised McD dont have card payment system. absolutely no. what an embarassment situation. another incident : I used to recharge my d2h online. Was outstation for some days, in the meantime my balance of d2h became negative. try recharging it online but server down, tried for 2 days and finally server up but to my shock by some reason recharge failed, money deducted from my account. two days without TV and after that money deducted and still no TV. then went to shop on 3rd day buy a coupon and then I got my transmission back.

I Have Ported My Number To....
amitnsonu replied to dkaile's topic in Mobile Number Portability (MNP)
dear all, I have given port request from RCDMA to Aircel (postpaid) yesterday. I have opt for Mass 499 plan which is having following features 1000 min. fro local/std/roaming (on aircel network 2 GB GPRS 2500 SMS unlimited dialer tunes after free min. all calls @ 1p/s No security deposit for mnp customers. the executive provided me a sim card written DUAL IMSI, but one peculiar thing I couldnt understand... he told me to deposit the remaining bill of reliance today, and the aircel number will be activated within 6 days from today, so for atleast 2-3 days i will be staying on reliance after paying the bill today. so what about the usage charges if i make calls from my existing reliance after paying current outstanding. the guy told me that this question is still unanswered and this is reliance's headache to get the remaining amount if any not aircel's. any views ? -

it clearly proves that indian consumer is now awaken and he prefer quality (vodafone) rather than cheap tarrifs (rcom). now anil bhai ab bhi time hai please improve your network and cc. -
on the same day, I bought acer em350, I also purchased Altech Lansing MX6021 speaker for Rs 7000. its a 2.1 system. mind blowing sound (200 w rms), no distortion on full sound, can be considered as mini DJ for home use. actually I bought a 5.1 system some 4-5 years ago, but in that I was always confused in making connection, and 1 sattelite was not working and eventually i stopped using that. 5.1 was not also usable in case of laptop and mobile due to sound card problem so I planned to buy a high power 2.1 and this proved to be a perfect choice. now i can even enjoy music only with my mobile or laptop. it was the best price at nehru place. and yes the software in acer em350 is windows 7 starter, with 2 month norton internet security.
