    could someone pls help me with detailed "how to" to upload reliance.prl by QPST programming (i guess thats what i need to do to remove the roaming icon and get the connection display to "reliance" instead of "sprint").for HTC6800 i bought from sadikk and had to be "hard reset"...i have absolutly no idea how to do it .
