Now Customer care connecting after many complaints by me...

Iam using 25 SMS pack.(500 SMS Local/national/roaming per day free) I tried *367*1#,*367*2#,*367#.. But i could not get the remaining SMS count for the day... While trying *367*1# it shows SMS count in Rupees that is 0.0... Anyone know the solution for this?..

1800100333 CC is working now, *333 is not working..

In tamilnadu circle Customer care is not connecting for past 1 month, even from other network numbers... Did anyone experience the same prob? if so what is the solution?

U put 48 first and then 299. Thn u will be charged for other mobiles 50 paise and R2R free until your 299 rec is valid... I confirmed with customer care....

I asked the STD 39 pack in tamilnadu cirle CC. It is not available for tamilnadu users..

Now new STV 15 pack introdeuced with 30 days validity... It gives 30p/min to reliance to reliance (GSM,CDMA)(LOCAL) on day time... 5p/ min reliance to reliance (GSM,CDMA)(LOCAL)(11pm to 6pm)... It is mainly introduced for lifetime STV 31 pack holders to gain rate cutters over reliance network.... All others can also use this pack......

If we put this pack means, in our sim we cannot put 21 jaadu packs in its life time............... So call customer care and confirm the same.............

I think they will increase all the rates as they achieve their target of customers they need...........

I verified with Customer Care about the *777# They said that it was not a trusted service.. They dono anything about that.......... They said it was a retailer service no....................

The STD pack 35 which offers 50 mins std mins has been increased to RS. 40............ But STD pack 70 gives 100mins, STD pack 140 gives 200 mins...... STD users better OPT for ST pack 70 and 140 rather than 40 hereafter...............
