I dont know about 1000 hours... 100 hours is approximatley Rs 500.. The place where I am right now, I need to travel a distance to go to a cybercafe.. and its very annoying...

yeah, already asked a friend in delhi to do it and he told me theres no bsnl there... im trying to get a friend in calcutta to do it but hes busy most of the time.. you dont need to worry about me getting ripped off. leave the worrying part to me.
