is this true??? coz i hvnt got this news anywhere else on net....

i wanna buy a prepaid gsm reliance number... can anyone temme when reliance launching 8010 series for prepaid coustomers... or is BOSS campaing functional in DELHI AND NCR circle too as in maharashtra n goa.... 4 days back i msgd my choice last 6 digits number to 567678 after asking CC... i got reply msg that thank you for participating in BOSS campaign... but i havnt got reference number that i can show in webworld n get that number with Rs80 NCC as told by CC...

on recharge voucher of 99.... std @50p for 300 mins... after 300 mins it will b charged 75p/min another rch 298... all unlimited std@50p... validity of both coupons 30 days n 0 TT... doesnt sound exciting...

when RGSM was launched,they were giving 50 STD mins on 35 etop.... increased to 40 in may.... now i got sms that validity of 40 etop which gives 50 mins STD is valid for 15 days only instead of 30 earlier.... WTF????

seriously, m having idea gang number old one(3 yrs old)... n m using RGSM as secondary number... now i m not seeing any benefit of having reliance gsm sim... now m planning to throw sim as soon as ma balance finishes...

Tata Docomo, the GSM brand of Tata Teleservices Limited (TTSL), launched its commercial operations in Andhra Pradesh on Thursday, a few days after its launch in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Orissa and Karnataka Along with the GSM service, the company would also be launching Tata i-Channel in the state. One of the first products of the Japan-based NTT Docomo to be introduced in the country, Tata i-Channel would help subscribers to get latest news updates on phone. TTSL managing director, Anil Kumar Sardana, said that the GSM mobile service would have extensive coverage in 612 towns and 1,149 villages spread across the state. Subscribers would be charged only 1 paisa per second for all voice calls across India. “Keeping in view the century of trust associated with the House of Tata, we are launching the concept of fare being fair,” Sardana told mediapersons explaining about the ‘pay-for-what-you-use’ model introduced by the company. “You will pay exactly for what you use. There is no hidden agenda,” he added. Sardana said that in partnership with NTT Docomo, the company would introduce more personalised products relevant to the Indian context. As a part of the agreement between TTSL and NTT Docomo, a Business and Technology Cooperation Committee was set up that was engaged in integrating technology, value added services, products and applications. According to Sardana, the company is awaiting allotment of the required spectrum for launching its operations in Delhi. It is expecting to get this following the release of spectrum by the Defence sector in about 3-4 months. Tata Docomo president, Deepak Gulati, said the company would work on a per-second pricing model for all services including international calls and value-added services. Replying to a query, he said that the company was “looking for a large share” in the GSM market in the country. He said that the response to the service in the four states where it has been launched so far was “very encouraging”. The company is expecting to rollout its GSM network across the country by October this year. It has earmarked an investment of $2 billion (about Rs 10,000 crore) for this purpose.

this recharge is useless for delhi circle as we get all this in 26stv... here we have 2 pay Rs30 or 31... n still night calling @5p... in stv 26 there is free night calling....

though Rgsm has increased tariffs still it is cheap than other network providers in delhi.... airtel,idea n vodafone are not giving offnet local @50p..as rgsm is giving... offnet call after tariff voucher in them is 60p n they r not giving onnet night call @5p too... n rgsm giving all this @26/month...not bad i guess ... also they are giving dayytime onnet @25p... n if we talk bout sms... vodafone n idea giving 350 local sms@35/month... rgsm giving 500@32/month.... idea giving 200std+local sms@42/month n rgsm giving 400@42/month.... 2 months back idea was giving onnet unlimited@199... but now they changed to 1000 mins only n 299/month u ll get 2000 mins.... atleast rgsm giving unlimited@199rgsm-rgsm n 299 for rgsm-rgsm n rcdma.... without any minute cap.... std tariffs r still low in rgsm... for eg if u hav 100 min std during month... u ll pay 75 in rgsm.... n in other operators u hav 2 pay 49(tariff voucher) plus 75p*100=rs75+49=124 that means for 100 mins std u are paying 124.... more than 1rupee/min.... they r fooling people.... even during roaming reliance offers best tariffs if u use reliance calling card eg u can use 125 calling card n call anywhere from roaming location in india @rs1... temme which operator providing this facility n yeah if u call @night u ll b charged 50p.... superb... u are using ur mobile from roaming and calling std @50p...isnt it great.... reliance is first netwrk provider who is giving free unlimited incoming during roaming in postpaidmy roaming 450 plan"... no other operator is giving it atleast not in delhi n ncr n that too without capping..... i knw rgsm has network problem in some area but i guess they r working on it... when i get connection in feb... i get 3 signals out of 7... but now m getting 7 out of 7 @ ma place...
