Hope you all remember the days when the telcos used charge huge calling rates for outgoing as well as for incoming, then in someday we have heard the TRAI:telecom regulatory authority of India. A new hope has began to start when the rates of calling gone down heavily, making feasible to afford the customer to use the mobile phone in roaming etc etc. But since a couple of year, there is no such actions were found from TRAI such as lowering of SMS rates(still most of the telcos charges Rs.1.50/- for national SMS), STD rates(still high with out any packs) unauthorised activation of caller tunes by the telcos, failure of DND,call dropping etc etc.although TRAI has found to be a silent watcher but has taken much intrest/aggresiveness to charge the customers for calling the customer care. Hence it seems that the TRAI is really working for whom? for the intrest/benefit of the customer or for the high end telcos? just share your view.

SIMPLY BAKWAS! are they planning to Suicide in the such competitive telecom market? they are nowhere in competion with Reliance atleast.

Lets expect the same actions by other telcos SOON...

Yesterday I have tried Broadband plus, the speed is really good, I liked the speed may be presently using the tata plug to whiz(1x), whatever it may be the speed is good in Ahmedabad.

can Somebody from the forum please guide us, what is the initial cost of the BSNL evdo as in their site it has been mentioned as 21000 something. I am little confused. Secondly Is there any option of Open market EVDO modem is available for BSNL. Please clarify. Thanks in advance.

Hey, I have also tried yesterday for Rs.140 ,my gets deducted from my account but recharge didn't happen.Shall I get back money in my account ever? Regards, Abhro I did'nt get the money back in my account nor recharge took place successfully. I went to Reliance Communication Customer Care they refused to take my request to revert back money. This is the actual condition of the service being provided by Reliance to the customer. In case of other operators if recharge fails due to any reason I returned back money within 4 working days without failure. Reliance Communication is first ever I have faced who refused to take the complaint at least, forget about to get back money from them. Regards, Abhrodeep Nag Dear Friends! Till the time the problem of Online recharge has not been solved for RcomGSM, Hence dont try! Secondly, you can get back your money by approaching the Nodal Officer/Appelate officer stating the transaction ID, but dont expect the same in one single mail, You have to make continuos follow Ups. Dont ever try to mail the customer care team, as they wont response you at all. Best of Luck.

Yes! Tries to recharge, and although Money has deducted from account but neither any record shows the payement nor money returned back. Hence Dont try for Online recharge for Reliance GSM numbers.
