Hi Can someone please give a list of differences between 6265 and 6275. I am just curious why 6265 is 4-5k more expensive than 6275 when all the features are the same. Is it just because of the form factor (slide vs. candy bar) Best Regards V B Raju

Update from Hyderabad I went to a Web World Express today. They seem to have just got the shipment today so they have not unpacked the boxes. Quick Summary 1. Only silver color seems to be available. That is what they had on the display poster and what the executives say 2. Price is 17400 3. Not sure about what accessories come in the default package Has anyone got it in Hyderabad at a better price, if so please let us know from where Waiting to see reviews from the first buyers - Schumi et al

This is the coolest LG handset I have ever seen. Seems to have been launched in Korea in Nov 2005 and also won several design awards. Will we ever get to see this in India. RIMWEB members with contacts in DAKC: Can you please check from your sources if there is even the slightest possibility of getting such cool handsets at all in India. thanks and regards Balram

LG seems to be launching several new generation (EVDO) phones in the US. One such model is the new VX 9800. Design might seem quirky but then it is a matter of personal choice. Can someone please throw light on whether such handsets will ever make it to India and if so the likely date of launch. Thanks and Regards Balram

The site (www.livecomus.com) seems to be some web design / graphics co. which makes flash based product demos (virtual product simulations) and Reliance / LG must be using this co. for content in the "Handset experience" link that we see next to each handset in the RIM website. Some more screenshots that show the LG RD 5330 are attached. The site also has RD2330 (which was recently launched), the LS110, RD6130 and RD6000 among other models. Overall, seems like a good site for anyone to get advance information of new RIM handsets in the offing

There was an article in the Economic Times dt Sat Nov 20, 2004 Heres the link http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/articleshow/928846.cms Good News for all of us. Last couple of days there has been some news about GSK (Get Started Kit) and HCC (Handset Change Cards). Can someone please clarify what is the difference. I thought they were the same. From the ET Article, I thought that RIM is introducing some kind of virtual SIM card wherein you buy a scratch card and enter the number in the handset. Then there will be an over the air activation and a new number allocated to your handset. Regards V B Raju
