dear the problem wil be bcoz of sim.. tata docomo is a 64k sim (as i know) and 1203 1202, 1108 and earlier models dosnt support 64k sim try sim in sum upper model mobile handsets it will defenitly work fine.

right said dear, in prepaid or in post paid operators are activating services like miss call alert , caller tune, without customer knowledge and then use to charge rent for them, i am sure number of us even dnt know when our caller tune or any value added service had been activated and company use to charge for it these companies are making lots or revinue from these services

Agreed with u Ganesan Aftr MNP it will not only be the tarrif which will attract customers of different operator. bcoz even if we are paying half the call rate of other operator, and call use to drop then it dosent make any scence to go for lower taffri bcoz ultimately we will be paying more. Newtork coveragre will certainly play important factor for a costumer migration from one opeartor to another

Customer care service of almost every operator in pathetic in india I have idea & aircel connection in delhi, becides rcdma. idea custpmer care is even worst than RCOM, u will not get cc no, if u will get it they eil pick the phone and will disconnect the call, same thing for aircel will will call and will be put on hold for 30-40 mints and again no response, same here for MTNL so in my opinion almost every operator is same when comes to CC, airtel is having better cc ATLEAST IN DELHI

Had any1 tried calling card in roming?? i had tried calling card of vodafone but i was not able to make a single call during roming. yes if rgsm calling card works during roming then its really very cool calling rate

call tarrif will surely fall by the end of this year to 25- 30 paise per minute faor local call, in this case per second billing will be costly, same thing was there when tata 1st launched its cdma service( billing on per second) but tata had to withdraw per second billing within 8 months of launch as it was costlier due to fall in tarrif.. so even we can see per second billing coming to an end very soon, as soon as the call tarrif will fall

Every operator in india have their pros and cons..... I M Using RCDMA for past 2 years & i m happy with it, its network coverage is good, only can be compared with airtel 2nd their some tarrif plans are really best in industry, like 400/770 unlimited plan, no other operator in inida have guts to introduce unlimited plan without any cap. then 1 can call to single cc no from anywhere in india even while roming, if sum 1 will call cc in roming it is chargable. call connectivity is also good(rcdma) in prepaid they always give more than full talk time(with sum balance as promotional with limited valadity) overall i m satisfied with rcdma service comaprising network , call connectivity and call tarrif it is quite Obvious sum will not be satisfied

as new operators will come they will give more options and lower tarrif, otherwise who will go for new operators, hope to get tarrif down very soon, and ultimately we the customers will be benefitted

there are a no of thing the operator converts millisecond into second, if u call and duration of call is 59.5 then they will treat it as 60 seconds, if duration is 59.4 some operator treats it as 59 second where as some any thing above 59. it is 60 seconds. so tata may also be treating calls in milisecond and any call ending above it is taking to nxt second. where as our phone shows 59.6 as 60 and 59.5 as 59 second so there will be conflict in call duration shown in cell phone and actual call charge

Loop telecom today rolled out its GSM operation in kerala and Karnataka under the brand name Loop Mobile.In June loop telecom rolled out its operation in Tamilnadu and Orissa Loop Telecom is among the new mobile services companies to be awarded licenses to operate across 21 circles by DoT. The company, as part of its Pan-India roll out has achieved its plans of soft launch in five states that were scheduled for mid June the sequence of circles launch is in sync with the sequence of the spectrum allocation. day by day RGSM is increasing its tarrif, 1st 100 mint std in 70rs and now 55 mint in 45 i think very few peole will go with RGSM, it was only a hit with CEP

Saurav your problem will not be solved by CC people.. Smart cc is pathetic, 1st you will not get the cc number, and even if u will get they will just say that they are registering the complain, and nothing will happen, u seriously want to continue the service and want ur problem to b solved then u wil have to visit 7th & 8th Floor, Kashi Place New Dakbunglow Road, Patna 800 001 this is the office of RTL in bihar there give your compain in written and take ur compain number, after reciving your compain within 48 hrs ur problem will be solved for sure (but it is possible only if u r putting up in patna) this process is tried and tested

will defenitly make an impact.. suppose u are going for 400 or 770 unlimited plan then other side u need to have rcdma no or rgsm smart no or rgsm newly launched gsm no . u cant go for rtl smart gsm for the circles like assm, HP/ Orrisa and circles where on net calls are not treated as free calls both are the same...coz im using smart and im getting all the offers given in the new reliance gsm sim what offer u are getting,........ are u getting 25 paise rcom to rcom local charge 50 paise others and 1 rs std by default for 90 days by default.... it might be that the offer with rtl smart gsm in assm/ orrisa/ WB/ himachal/ NE will be same as rcom gsm customers are getting but its different for Smart Gsm customers of Bihar/ M.P customers. still reliance is taking RTL & Rcom as different might be in near future they will treat both as same

defenitely the network quality, call connectuvity and voice clearity of RCDMA is superb.. one gets continous coverage on highway and rail routes.... whereas RGSM is nowhere near to this
