    all my friends in delhi have the reliance mobile gsm sim which can be put into any handset... I'm in ranchi, jharkhand for my vacations.. what reliance sim or handset do i need to buy to get schemes to make std free? there is only smart gsm service available here.. and RIM sims which can be put into reliance handsets.. please help me out.. the customer care isnt being helpful at all..
