Just came across a great place for the hard to get chargers for the Kyo: AbracadabrA 68 Galleria, Hiranandani Gardens Powai, Mumbai - 76 2579-7924 Rs. 295 (asking/negotiable incl of 2.5% credit card surcharge) which is Rs. 100 below the official chargers that can only be bought at the authorised service centre in south mumbai (if they happen to be in stock). The downside is that this charger will NOT work with the cradle but will work directly plugged into the handset.

The prices have come down further to 195/- but there is no warranty at all since they are chinese imports (but with proper receipt). mine got fried after a month since i had left it plugged in when the power went out. if the prices drop any further, it'll be a disopsable item!
