In PDF for Jio Postpaid Plan a plan is mentioned as Jio Postpaid 10. Neither customer care nor anyone knows to subscribe to it. As Jio Store this plan is not visible for enrolling.

Swapped 3G RCOM SIM to 4G RCOM. No Calling but able to send and receive SMS.

Tried swapping RCOM 3G SIM to 4G by SMS. Got SMS confirming sim swap request But SIM didn't got swap even after 1 Hour.

Jio has postpaid plans but not lucrative like Prepaid. In Jio Postpaid you pay almost 3 times than their prepaid.

My most of RCOM numbers are on 0 rental. Is any company offering similar or minimum plan / Advance rental postpaid plan. As these numbers are used only for incoming.

opted Jio Postpaid, as per JIO there is no process to change postpaid Tariff Plan. Please guide how to change to prepaid

I got call from Reliance for 4G SIM but was communicated that Plan and everything else will remain same. I am on SplZero Rental. Will it change my Voice Plan?? Is selecting some 4G plan mandatory for changing to 4G SIM?

Got SMS on RGSM Number to change to 4G SIM. Visited Store, as per them its not latching to TATA Network (Same Circle Roaming). For Voice they are asking to continue with old GSM SIM.

What is the latest software version for Wind 4. JIO CC is asking to visit Service Center to update phone to improve calling experience. No update is available over OTA on my phone.

After INP from from CDMA to RGSM I opted for 3G pack, but outside cities even 2G doesn't work. So finally have to purchase Idea Mifi whose 4G coverage is much better than RCOM 2G. RGSM not even worth 2G. 4G to bhool jayo

Exactly same with me. Only date differs. 2G is so pathetic that I don't hope for their 3G or 4G

Is offer applicable on mifi

After using RGSM I strongly feel that before 4G they need to improve their 2G Coverage no signals most of times while travelling.

Are 4G SIM Circle specific? As 4G SIM are not available in Punjab will 4G SIM from another circle work with Punjab CDMA MDN.

Nitin, If its primary number better port it at earliest. In Punjab Circle none of Reliance Store is aware of 4G SIM till now. Network down happens frequently. Might be deliberately to make the customers shift. After today's No Network many people ported. If its a secondary number then u can wait.

In Punjab for several hours during day & Early Morning CDMA phones do not work. When contacted R Mobile store they asked to convert to RGSM as CDMA services will keep disturbing. No so problem on RCDMA numbers converted to RGSM So wait can be dangerous, as we miss several calls during down time.
