I think you have taken this personally. Anyhow I think in India Warranty means something. Spending 18K for a handset carries meaning atleast for me & therefore warranty is a peace of mind (again atleast for me.) Under warranty I replaced GTRAN 6 times and its still working with me (Only battery issue & that too after warranty). I think we should stop as we are going off the topic

in this case you are not changing the os of the handset u r just flashing it with a different version of the os ........so i dont think warranty is void .......also afaik in nokia service center if your phone is bricked in doing such operations n if it underwarranty they simply reflash it for you .......no one has time to sit and check what mess you have done to the os.....they simply reflash .....but i dont know about samsung warranty will be available only if you flash with another Indian software version that too from an ASC. Handsets imported in India by Samsung are only provided warranty. New software being installed in chinese edition so warranty will be void.

Dear there is no problem in handset only there is a change of phase from Nokia OS to Windows & people face problems. Regarding service centre after all the people sitting over there are like us, who like to do min work be it Nokia, LG Samsung or HTC. We have to make them work, be polite get things from them & you are done. If problem persists they will themselves tell you the procedure to solve it. only if you are understand and cooperate with them. But Somtimes you need to show anger but that too politely. Anyhow there is No bug in HTCS720 I have used it for 5 months now.

Better is u get it done from a professional. If you change software OS of handset warranty is void.

Today I purchase VSLEEK handset for 3000 as advertised on their website. Now I am supposed to get Rs 2000/- talktime (Divided over next few months) and lifetime validity. But I have got No talktime and validity for only 1 Day. Kindly provide me the details of authorities with whom I should register my complaint to get the offer as advertised.
