Dear, I haven't used 6800 till date but most members views are positive. But I will recmmend S720 as you hv peace of mind, (warranty). Regarding Internet both handsets are good. Only hardware used in 3000 is older. Hardware of S720 is comparable and almost equivalent to 6800

Now after exchange of more than 30 Emails & Equivalent Calls, finally they have agreed to provide me 2000 free minutes.

Launch Rates are almost similar to BIG TV. Hope they give a good free time period. I think purchasing a New DTH is becoming cheaper than monthly packs.

People who unlock Explore or VSLEEK install a chinese version of VSLEEK software. WHich is an older Version. If you read whole topic you will come to know when Explore was launched MP3 could not be used as ringtone. It was enabled only after a software upgrade. Chinese Version is an older version, upgrade is not available at least in my area. you can use downloaded MP3 ringtones provided it supports RWORLD.

No VSLEEK (VIRGIN) Does not support Reliance RUIM.

Tata all set to compete Reliance. I think Reliance is now more interested in GSM. They have also started to reduce capex for CDMA & Wireline. CDMA project has been given to Lucent (I Heard)

I think many people have more than 1 sim with lifetime validity. But they use only 1 at a time. so subscriber base/ count will never be correct.

IN last few days there has been a good drop in price of CDM handsets like Vsleek and now Motorola. I think Companies are getting ready to shift to GSM.

I don't find any valid reason to buy LG CDMA handset at such a higher price. My HTC S720 is giving me very good battery back up which I think LG will never be comparable.

I think they hv permanently removed rsurf.

I am using it on Virgin. My friend is using it on Reliance, good handset & good battery. Drawback (Reliance Converted) you can't use MP3 song as ringtone. I need a USB charger for this handset. pls help
