Oxygen Phone Manager 2 detects 6235. You can read SMS, Dialled Call, Missed, Received call history. SMS writting is also possible but full version is required. I tried trial. For sending SMS it requires some code. which i am not having. Note: It doesnot support DKU-2 you require Infrared connectivity. It myt also work with 6255. If anyone can help me pls PM me . will give better details after some time.

I am using it from dec but never faced any such problem with nokia PC suite. oxygen doesn't work for me.

6600 is GSM it will not work with CDMA. so not for RIM.

Whenever I try to access rworld it always keep downloading. Even the main menu does not get downloaded. I have done reset rmenu 3 times but of no use. is any one else facing same problem?

Today Tata launched its RUIM enabled handsets. GTran GCP 4020 is the only RUIM enabled handset available in RIM. Is it possible to use the same handset with different RUIM? I mean can I use Tata’s RUIM on my GTRAN-4020. Secondly is it possible to use RIM’s RUIM on other CDMA RUIM based handsets.

There is no best handset. None of the handset will hv full required features. Choice varies from person to person. One must priortise his requirements for choosing a perfect handset for his pocket.

I normally use BSNL Sancharnet for surfing. It gets connected on different speed at different time. Magitime report reflects different speed for different connections. (I always connect using same modem without changing any settings.) For Gtran speed reflected is 112.5.

wht abt battery? do u think 6230 can ever record 1hr video? I think Nokia handsets are more stable even in case of GSM.

belive me or not but I got orignal DKU-2 data cable without CD for just Rs 250/-. Person took it from Nokia handset sealed pack (GSM). He said many folks don't need it. so they never ask for it. I got average speed of 450. Following is my magitime report generated for this connection. 6230 can't be compared to 6255. 6255 is a much advanced handset. 6230 can support max 512 MB miniSD Card. regarding camera, FM, Battery, Display, Signal 6235 is much better than 6230. But for memory 6230 is better.

even for Nokia 6235 Nokia PC suite sms application does not work.

yes I saw it with Reliance. Even mine has got required slot. I tried by inserting my gtran ruim (active ruim on active nokia handset) but the number which worked was that on handset.

For Camera Quality, MP3 Quality, Battery, Signal 6235 is best. For memory 6230 is best. I am using 6235 and hv found it worth its cost.
