a day b4 upgrading to GTran I did my electronic experiments on it and damaged its signal receiving power. ASC guy is my friend and he just made it to look fine.

try only when u want to exit reliance. otherwise u will get it spoiled.

Check handset carefully before u buy. some fellows like me hv done engineering on them.

Don't vote just bcz u own reliance

A few days ago I upgraded from LG 2030 to GTran GCP-4020. Before upgrading I checked the website relianceinfo.com, confirmed from webworld and also from *333 that GTran supports Rworld applications only exception was voice ring tones. Now when I am using GTran I found that many of applications of Rworld are not available on GTran. MMS is available but the inbox of MMS doesnot open. Even complaining to chairman office has been of no use. Therefore I feel not only feel but strongly believe that Reliance has cheated me. Similar scenario is applicable for Nokia handsets.

Railway reservation is not available on my GTran. its only for color lg & Samsung handsets

Beetlebailey why r u so worried abt titles. instead of this you should prefer to write your views which will be valuable for others. these titles will not give you free talktime or other such rewards. let administrators and moderators decide the titles.

Bring this to notice of Chairman office. they will take necessary action. soon all applications on other handsets will be made available on gtran. i got this assurance from Chairman office. but u must complain to them on your part.

reliance is preparing its Rworld for paid service. Greetings section has been given a new look.

A few months ago Airtel started a service similar to Rworld (punjab circle). It provides customers video clips, songs for free but a monthly subscription of 500. Now I am afraid of Rworld.

why u forget my gtran it supports 800 Mhz basically what's the advantage of this frequency.

Has anyone discussed the problem of word wrap in reading & writing SMS at Authorized service centre of GTran? If yes then what was the reply. If no please discuss it with them at least once.

These days Chairman Office is just giving assurances. No results.

Countdown free Rworld has begun. Ww authorities said this time there is no chance for free Rworld time to be extended but gave no information of charges. It expected charges will be on the data basis. You have to pay for each ring tone each video clip and each MMS. News, Film promos, contests and Rbill and rsurf are expected to be free. In addition there will be charges about Rs 25/- as monthly activation for Rworld. Fun mms similar to those available in 15th Aug have counted and have been placed in bill as special sms. They have not been charged but this reflects their servers ready to charge Rworld

gtran is and has got a ruim. its only handset which is ruim enabled.
