  1. Well, we have the following operators in India now... 1)Airtel 2)Vodafone 3)RCDMA 4)Idea 5)BSNL 6)TataIndicom 7)Aircel 8)Docomo 9)RGsm 10)MTNL 11)MTNLCdma 12)BSNLCdma 13)LoopMibile 14)STel 15)MTSCdma 16)Uninor 17)PingCDMA 18)VirginCDMA 19)VirginGSM 20)T24 And FEW upcoming operators incl:- 21)EtisalatDB 22)Datacom So why don't these Chinese guys come with 25SIM mobile phones with 18GSM + 7CDMA attached with a Lorry Battery... See it is so convenient than carrying 25 mobiles at a time... Then some Indian cos like INTEX or G-Five will immediately paste their sticker on that $hitty phone and proclaim theselves as "HIGH TECH phone makers"
  2. Gsm Gives Pain In The Ear

Yes, especially the CHINESE cr@ps... No need to even mention about double or Triple SIMs of the Chinese cr@ps without taken SAR rating tested...
  3. Dot Rings Mobile Number Portability

No, they won't bring MNP on this date too...
  4. Uninor New Offers

Uninor has already earned a very bad name for hidden charges (NOT SHOWN IN ANY AD, NO ASTERISK MARK EVEN SHOWN IN BIG BOARDS AND HOARDINGS) with call mole$ting charges and daily rental schemes... Now they have wake up a little.. They forget that they are NEW to this market and many telcos are here for years and VERY IMPORTANT thing is we Indians are NOT fools... Better LATE than never... But what is their bas tariff charge without call mole$ting fees or Rs2 daily rent or without STV???
  5. Stop Smoking, Drinking And Chewing

Nice thread Ramesh Ji... +1 to you...
  6. Qualcomm Upgrades It Mobile Tv Technology

Qualcomm should first upgrade its CDMA s/w to GSM levels, especially in SMS, exact call duration, etc...
  7. Man, it looks really like a TURTLE... Further I don't like the number row as in laptop, it should be in 3x3 like in blackberry, NOT single row 1x9.. So typing numbers will be also in TURTLE speed... A VERY OPT name for this phone imho... :rofl_200:
  8. Exact Outgoing Call Time

Yes HK Ji... I have seen that in my friend's mobile... But it is annoying, since it fills INBOX very quickly for the crappy CDMA phones they give... Anyway better for low usage customers...
  9. R2R Unlimited Std ?

It is in Unlimited on-net packs, the postpaid wins prepaid.. In Prepaid Simple plans, afaik Rs77/month recharge gives R2R Local/STD/Roaming calls @ 20p/min... Also there is a Unlimited FREE Local/STD/Roaming R2R NIGHT pack (also 50% charge to Local/STD/Roam off-net calls too) for Simple PPS and 50p customers from 11PM to 6AM for Rs59/month... For more details on other packs download my excel file from here Still there may be some plans for non-simple plan customers, but I dont know much about them...
  10. OH.. NO... This is a very bad fake and very very OLD one... See in this forum of M-R for the details about the fake infos...
  11. Dot Rings Mobile Number Portability

First wait for 7 years for MNP... Then wait 7 days for Number Porting Better they DO NOT BRING MNP, if 7 days of offline mode is a must...
  12. Telenor Kicks Off Hunt For Bigger Rival

Yes, even almost all upcoming new operators are BIG and have a very strong background, like EtisalatDB, Datacom, ... So Aircel may be the option, since it just sold all its towers to Datacom now... May be LOOP MOBILE also, but Aircel is better and seems most possible and reasonable to buy now..
  13. Lets Ask Arun

Oh... I too can-not edit my post nowadays... So that is the reason... Arun Ji, any specific reason for this change in "Rim Addict" group?? Or just a change in default setting??? Please clarify... Thanks
  14. Dot Rings Mobile Number Portability

Wow... Rising HOPE... MNP will come by mid May on 2020 atleast, since BSNL has got security clearance... Now eagerly waiting to hear the NEXT REASON (lie) for the delay of MNP by Mid-May...
  15. Am in Sivakasi, near Madurai, TN...
  16. Am also interested in buying Moto Q from US Sprint... But the Tata guys here are saying that nowadays they are not accepting any foreign (esn) handsets.. So I dropped the idea... But is thera any other way to get my Tata Postpaid number to Sprint Moto Q ???
  17. Airfone Mobiles

But for printing your name on their products, they will ask for more quantity for a dedicated production batch imho...
  18. But it should come with PPS for Landlines too... If BroadBand never exists, I would have disconnected all my Landlines long before for its huge rent and high call charges..
  19. New Nokia Phone For Rs. 500

I will try one for sure, if it arrives India...
  20. Tata Docomo Sms Pack(Maharashtra)

Yes... RCom's SMS offers are usable also in roaming.. Further NO SMS BLACK OUT DAYS apply.. wrt SMS offers, nobody can beat RCom, especially RCom GSM (from my experience)
  21. Tata Docomo Sms Pack(Maharashtra)

With BuddyNet, first SMS is charged (Local/National) and 200 SMS (Local/National) FREE for the day, atleast here in TN... Also check here for better option, if you don't want buddyNet... But I don't know much about Mah circle though...
  22. Thanks Hitesh Ji... +1 for you...
  23. Oh then we can have another thread called "Updated: 4G Auction Delayed" along with "Updated: 3G Auction delayed"... Then we can pass more time in two threads , until TRAI recommends 5G over 3G and 4G..
  24. Airfone Mobiles

Yes you can, Santhoosh Ji... I am NOT joking.. These Chinese guys need order (with advance payment) of 1000 to 2000 handsets (even few high cost sets with WiFi and TV needs minimum order of just 250-500) and will show you their collection (to select model) and will produce and give them IN WHATEVER NAME YOU WANT... There are even a few websites for them.. For eg here is one. Ofcourse they are NOT AT ALL reliable and this is the only place where can find G+C qwerty handsets.. They even have G+G+C qwerty TrackBall BB clone... They are saying that many are verified suppliers and few are NOT.. But who knows
  25. Especially with very limited customers of Uninor... Why nowadays all telcos are showering offers for LoveBirds??? May be the upcoming Valentine's Day effect
