Reliance Jio - Pan India 4G / LTE network
KanagaDeepan replied to Arun's topic in Reliance Jio 4G LTE (Prepaid & Postpaid)
^^^^ In that case, time extension must NOT be given, since even weeks back RJio told it will comfortably satisfy roll-out obligations and now why they need FIVE more years??? Further they will ask 5 more years to extend the license period for FREE later... Better they return the spectrum to Govt like BSNL and MTNL has done... -
^^^^ So flipkart is going to honor those purchases as well... Good for them...
-
I don't think anything can be done legally to affect them, as their Terms and Conditions will include everything to save their @$&, obviously...

I Have Ported My Number To....
KanagaDeepan replied to dkaile's topic in Mobile Number Portability (MNP)
I think 100MB per month (for 6 months) of the OS update downloaded will not be charged by airtel. But updates are usually more than 100MB and not sure what will happen if user is already subscribed to data pack? That offer has to be taken as mere gimmick like earlier free Whatsapp pack, fb pack, where people are not charged for Whatsapp, but charged for background data usage. I Have Ported My Number To....
KanagaDeepan replied to dkaile's topic in Mobile Number Portability (MNP)
^^^^^ Very true. That's the same reason I have ported from Tata cdma, even though I was more than happy with their tariffs and coverage (at that time). Once again a suicide attempt from RCdma, imho. Sent from my OnePlus One using Tapatalk -
Then it's not good enough, imho. In Tata GSM it works automatic afaik Sent from my OnePlus One using Tapatalk

Reliance GSM readies itself for USSD Based Mobile Banking
KanagaDeepan replied to M.S.Rao's topic in Miscellaneous

Not until they release kernel source codes. They will release partial code only when they stopped producing that model. For example they have recently released for mi2 and for mi3 (launched more than eight months back) after six or seven months, So developers usually don't care much about Xiaomi phones, IMHO. If you look in xda, you can understand. But rooting is not much difficult as their phones come with unlockable boot loader. All you will need is correct custom recovery image. Reliance CDMA Network Issue in Moto G & Moto X
KanagaDeepan replied to sandeepjaipur's topic in Motorola
Because it's a pure cdma phone. It only knows 00 as isd prefix and not + like GSM phones. (GSM phones accepts both + and 00) Sent from my OnePlus One using Tapatalk -
So the black market price of MI3 is once again going to reach sky level.. Sent from my OnePlus One using Tapatalk

KanagaDeepan replied to rajanmehta's topic in Android
@ Vijay Thacker... If you really want to move files between Internal storage and SD card and vice-versa and your phone is running Android KitKat, then your phone must be rooted, afaik... If you are running JB, then no issues... (With root, ES File explorer is a very good option)- 1,081 replies

Your Latest Hardware Purchase
KanagaDeepan replied to dkaile's topic in General Technical Discussion
My Recent Hardware Purchases... A] SANDISK 16GB 2in1 USB Disk As my both phones lack SD slot, there is a need for this one. This comes with protective covers (both USB and microUSB sides) and doesn't gets heat like other 2in1 drives. Got it from Chut!yaKart (my last purchase from them) for Rs599/- B] SONY BT Stereo Headset For killing boredom during my long travel period. It accepts pairing via NFC, the in-ear headset given is good enough, battery life is also good. Got from offline shop Poorvika, damages to pocket 2400 C] 64GB OnePlus ONE phone Got my love phone after too many hassles... Had to pay a little Premium, in order to escape Mi3 style drama and importing from USA - but its worth it, imho... Damages, almost same as DroidMAXX.. -
