You want 3g plan better than mtnl's, without fup? Not possible afaik. You may try wimax, adsl, ftth (can be converted to wifi) to get the benefit in your budget. But i don't think such benefit is possible in 3G, imho... Sent from my Razr MAXX using Tapatalk2

Not for battery life, but my edge speed increased when i changed my Sim in Tata docomo (mini to micro). So there is a huge chance that the Sim may be the sole reason for the loose motion of your phone battery. Sent from my Razr MAXX using Tapatalk2
