There is still a rumor that Tata is going to convert cdma network to gsm once the NTP 2012 comes into effect (technology neutral) any service on given spectrum (850MHz in this case, like at&t in US doing).... but that's a long way to go, which will only speed up if reliance also trying to do the same.. Tata has also closed their office in my town Sivakasi... For last one year, I am paying using oxigen only...

Samsung told that ICS+TouchWiz is too much for Galaxy-S, so ICS was skipped... Now they are releasing still inferior (both by CPU & GPU) device with ICS + TouchWiz... Cheaters, they are thinking that we people are having short-term memory loss?? FYI:- GPU used in OG Galaxy S, Nexus S, Galaxy Nexus are same PowerVR SGX540 (may be OC a bit here and there)...

Thanks Dr sir for the suggestion.. Ganesan sir, if you are ok with Motorola XPRT, I have just bought from Parin ji leaving idle in the box.. I bought that for my brother in law, but he got Photon from my brother instead (and my brother got s2 all from Parin ji).. I will root, remove bloat and tweak to your liking (including cwm recovery, de-blur, toggle switches on notification bar) and you can see demo before buying, after all we are separated by just 25kms.. Contact Parin ji for a mint Razr MAXX... He may get one for cheap... I got international version (gsm only) with 10% discount coupon on Ebay, with the hope of getting its bootloader unlocked by Motorola in future (No such chance in Verizon MAXX imho)... If you can wait, you will get good deal for MAXX in a month or two, as Razr HD is about to come in September first week and old Razr variants will get price cut hopefully... If you can relax your budget, Razr MAXX will be a great option.. Available in both gsm and Cdma versions... It is really worth the extra money you are spending... ICS for Droid4 is coming in a week... Heard soak test has started (Link here)and since its mostly a Razr with KB and DroidRazr is having ICS for more than a month, ICS for Droid4 may not be an issue, imho... Another difference is, it will once again LOCK your bootloader, if you managed to unlock it earlier... So if you have unlocked the bootloader earlier to use custom ROMS, please avoid this update...

Kapil ji, is there a simple way to avoid downloading and installing OTA updates for Inc2 (like deleting a file using RootExplorer)??? My two friends are happy with GB and are afraid that they may download the OTA and brick their device... The OTA is showing in notification always... Thanks a lot...

One important plus point, you have missed CID saab... It comes with UnLockable Bootloader (similar to HTC solution in near future)... @nikme The advantage of Photon Q over Droid4 is Dual-S4 (like US S-III == better performance + better battery life), ICS preloaded (will get official & unofficial JB for sure), OnScreen navi-keys (disadvantage for few), UnLockable Bootloader... But that non-removable SIM spoils all the other benefits, imho...

^^^^ LOL Rajan ji.. They may have hidden the mifi device some where behind a tree... But I have not seen video yet, as my laptop got problems, but I hope that's the case... I almost every time use my Razr MAXX with mifi (Cdma or 3Gsm both) Further the hidden meaning of "designed for humans" is "not for I+ domestic animal which gives milk, but not cow".
