  3. Well, after sooo many complaints to CC of tradus.in and TrackOn courier, I got the goods (Canon camera for Rs6075) today (28-Feb-12) afternoon (ordered 8-Feb-12)... Seems more like a courier mistake and tradus.in is NOT as bad as timtara atleast... But still, I prefer and recommend COD nowadays or PaisaPay of E-Bay...

    ^^^^^ Afaik, AirHELL is rounding off in TN, when I used their service 1.5 years back... What they are doing is if it comes to 39.6p, they round it off to 40p and if it comes to 49.2p they take it as 49 p... So a 0.2p more in one case and 0.2p less in other case... So NOT a huge difference imho... But if they take 49.2p as 50p, then they are doing un-ethical things... So I guess Sujit ji is right here as he is saying RGsm charges 2p instead of 1.2p or correct-round-off 1p for a ONE SECOND call... @silent_god ji, if showing balance in 3-digit-decimal is logically wrong, then charging 1.2p (Rs0.012) is also logically WRONG...

After the problems with tradus.in, I have decided to go for PaisaPay of e-Bay (your money reaches seller only after you confirm receipt of goods) and letsbuy/flipkart for anything less than 2k and remaining-others with COD only... dealsandyou has fine-print saying 21-working days for goods delivery... That is very bothering... Anyways friends try using COD always if you have doubts + if the offer is very tempting... dealsandyou asks for extra Rs50 for COD, but its worth as it reduces the risk to a great level, imho....

  9. How reputed is dealsandyou.com??? I have still NOT received camera ordered from tradus.in on 8th feb-2012... So COD is the only best option... But that is limited to few cities only... UPDATE:- Just got the camera on 28-Feb-2012 noon, after many complaint mails to tradus.in CC and Track-on courier CC...

  11. Friends DON'T risk your money with tradus.in as they have still NOT delivered the DigiCam ordered on 8-Feb-12 (they said they shipped thru TRACKON [WTF] courier on 10-Feb-12)... They delivered my first order (Huwaei mobile) fast by BlueDart within 4 days... So I recommended them here.. May be the courier co may be the thief, but tradus.in so far acts like they are LEAST responsible, by sending just few worthless e-mail, without any solution... I feel very sorry for sharing their promo-code here in this thread... Please report here, if anybody has similar experience with tradus dot in...
  12. But its UI is used in all chinese phones... So if you have earlier used chinese phone, ther won't be much difference then... Keypad is not at all good... The keys are slippery, flat, small and NOT easy to distinguish... Add this with the sh!tty T9 prediction, this mobile is NOT SUITABLE for heavy SMS users, imho... Secondary Camera (video call) quality is good... Primary camera is fixed focus and image quality is OK, if not bad... Colours are washed and dull... Loud-speaker volume is good... If you want to watch youtube videos on phone, this is NOT for you... For all other questions, sorry... I don't have that phone right now in my hand (I am away from my hometown)...

  14. Great work Hetal ji and team... Finally you have succeeded in waking the KumbhaKarna RCdma (wrt CDMA data plans)... It will greatly benefit CDMA Android users on the move as earlier they have to use WiFi to avoid burning their pocket... So one more reason NOT to buy iPhone-CDMA ... Further tariff is good if EV-DO is available in customer's place... Please bring some for prepaid users also...

    ^^^^^^ Why Parin ji? can you explain?? On-Topic:- For the time being, Photon is in his budget and he can go for it, imho... @nikhilph if you never change phone for many months, you can wait for drop in s2 price, else use Photon as stop-gap for 3 to 6 months and get s2 at very cheap...

  19. ^^^^^ Ya... I have heard soooo many complaints (esp non-delivery shipping for morethan a momth) reg timtara all over the internet (fb, mouthshut, consumercourt, etc)... But not so much reg tradus.in (few complaints are on delay by 5 days or product changed [by mistake] and refunded)... I got Huwaei phone from them on time and now I have ordered one camera from them too... Kshah ji, your complaint is giving fear to me... But, Lets wait and see...

  21. ^^^^^ One correction... MTS is doing wonderful things for data in WB & KOL circles only... In all other circles, it is having Kumbha-Karna sleep like RCdma... Even they are NOT at all interested in corporate postpaid connections... Atleast RCdma is interested in postpaid connections... So it NOT that fair in blaming RCdma totally... Let them first launch the 90-Rs and Rs140 EVDO pack pan-india, then only they will deserve the praise (wrt CDMA data)... Even I have some doubt, whether they will be bidding with full-enthu for CDMA 2G spectrum in circles other than few circles like WB & KOL, Delhi...
