Correct me if i'm wrong but i think it does . Because cdma uses broadcast so there are a lot of signals being transmitted and recieved so making the tower a hotbed of signal activity.so the brighter chances of getting hit by ligtening comp to gsm or pstn (local BSNL if thats what greens meant).

No its not possible to call any other phones other than reliance server as of now.The only no possible to connect is 777 which happens to be the reliance server

I dont think they really effect digicam sales.Becos the quality of any cam phone cnt be compared to that of digicams Atleast with what we get in india.Anyway the only camera phone really worth buying are samsung ones even nokia cant match them.I think more research has to be done on refresh rates and quality before this can happen

Even i faced this problem ,the best way to find wheather ur pinouts are ok , is try installing rconnect , while installing if it identifies u r phone on a particular port then the cable is working fine .if not run to the nearest service center and get it repaired.Be careful though when i got it repaired they upgraded my s/w now i cant enter feild test mode.

guys tata indicomm has just given an ad today saying that its new numbering will be in effect from 4th of june The numbers which previously used to be 040-5610XXXXX Will now be 924630XXXX ITS a very complex numbering system for all the various combinations. wonder how complex the reliance numbering will be given its huge customer base.

When giving an option of pda and mobile+pda, its obvious that everyone will chose pda+phone. But the pda is more powered than the smart phone, any way u will get value for money if u chose smart phone.

This rumour was going on for some time but nothing happened hope it was just a rumour.And more over i think there are some rules for numbering for cdma or wll phones bcos both reliance and tata use std code + phone no just like bsnl phones unlike gsm phones. I hope i'm right.
