I am using fwp 2258 since last two years and I am observing that it is one of the worst phone I have ever used, any how the monthly rental package from reliance communications comes with it was attractive due to which I opted for it.
I was horrified with the weight of the charger this fwp is having, and the pity conditions of it's slick slim pins which are unable to carry the charger weight when I plug it in the switch board.
Recetly it have been broken out(the pins of the charger) and I need to replace it, the service center guy is asking for exorbitant charges for a new charger of the same quality(Approx Rs. 650/-) .
I would like to know is it possible to get a new charger at a lower cost or anyway other way out to use the same old charger, though I am not able to open it.
