  1. I have not been able to connect my Reliance Huawei EC1260 modem successfully to my desktop running the XP 64 bit OS. After installtion it refuses to connect. It works well on my laptop running the 32 bit XP though. The call centre has not been of any help in spite of repeated calls. Please help.
