    Thx, Doc for all the useful info on rimweb. Regd, engg screen, i can get to it but cant locate the mep under os engg screens\device info. Is there some other place. Its a bb 8830we originally from sprint (unlocked). its on 4.2.2.196 currently. thx again. awaiting ur guidance.
