    HI, currently I am using my G2 with MTS OMH and planning to switch to reliance (MNP) purley because of better plan .. should I go ahead and just request for OMH SIM to have full functional data (HSD) and voice or do I need to do something special (like MEID registration etc.) ... please guide .. thanks Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

  5. I. tried spr, OPEN.. can see 3g symbol in the task bar but no Internet.. is it phone issue or carrier.. I am in MTS prepaid, got an omh Sim yesterday, phone has been recharged for both 2g and 3g.. any clue.. thanks

    Quick question, does data work ONLY with ZVA rom. Have upgraded to zvc but doesn't get data automatically in MTS OMH. Do I need to do some special config or shall I revert back to zva. Thanks

    Downgraded to ZVA and ##code works , got the SPC ... Enabled RUIM using DFS (demo version). MTS sim works like a charm .. thanks everybody for your help.

    thanks all for extending your support ... all tools mentioned above have already been tried with no sucess. Enabled DIAG mode without SPC (using command in terminal emulator) and used above mentioned tools without scuess. Closest one was the one Amit had mentioned (Download mode + CDMA workshop) ...... As Amit mentioned I tried writing 000000 using LG method , it threw error "Range Check Error" .. then tried going to DIAG mode , asked for MSL .. entered 000000 .. No luck. Right now I am downloading ZVA tot (2gb file :-( ) .. if it doesn't work , will connect back with AMit to see if he can help (using Team viewer)

    Thanks ... I had tried this one ..but I don't have CDMA workshop .. so tried with free tools (refereed in XDA / free DFS version) .. that's why I am checking if I can utilize some paid DFS service here in Chennai Also , right now I am downloading ZVA tot , to downgrade to ZVA as mentioned by @kmc251 ... let me see if this works. @Amit .... Tried CDMA workshop in download mode. When I read , I get this message : Digit Only (Decimal) and in the space for SPC I see something like this :~00 When I write , I get this message : Range Check Error I have used LG Method in Security Tab

    ZVC ... and for last few days I am running 2Faced ROM (G3 ported to G2) .. but I have been switching between stock ZVC and 2Faced ROM.

    I am having difficulty in getting SPC , either using ##code mentioned by Vinod or few tools mentioned in XDA ... I just wanted to enable RUIM so that I can make use of this phone in MTS network .. Currently I am running this with Airtel GSM. Don't have DFS , any paid service here in Chennai who can just enable RUIM. Thanks

    Tested and it's working .. Everything is fine except phone freezes sometime , no specific symptom it could be in any apps

    Nope, phone perfectly works except tethering.. Now running CM11 with gsm unlock.. It's a compromise, I use tethering a lot Sent from my LG-D801 using Tapatalk

    Sent from my LG-LS980 using Tapatalk I had to so a zvc tot when i couldn't able to do ota upgrade from zva .. may be that one has caused the issue .. by reading the tot flash forum i concluded that many stuffs get restored (after tot flash) only after the activation an unfortunately i cant do any activation from India Sent from my LG-LS980 using Tapatalk

    Followed this .. deleted carrier folder , copied the fresh one (downloaded from here) .. verified folder contents. Deleted telephony DB .. network was already GSM/UMTS.. restarted the phone Now keep on getting error "Unfortunately process com.android.phone has stopped" ... not able to hook into any network ..

    My few cents I had sold few, but with constructive inputs from senior members e.g. I first one I had posted without a picture having initial/date. In My personal experience is that every time I felt sell/buy was going on with lots of trust and encouragement... In fact had trouble in first shipment wherein no courier in Chennai accepted cell phone and I had openly posted in the forum (got few suggestions as well, and to which courier I should go for), never the less I couldn't sent it and burnt more than 1000Rs petrol on my car... And buyer was very patient and accepted full return. After this I posted for local pick up or sending personally to city where I have some friend's movement. This worked and I delivered and then got paid. May I suggest some relaxation for member who want to opt for local pickup or personal delivery option Either way, I read thru the other post and felt really bad that people entering with ill intention to make quick money.
