It is better to go for a VoLTE supported 4G+4G handset & buy a New Jio Connection rather than operator locked JioFi device with pathetic Jio4GVoice app which eats into your Data balance! Prime membership (Rs. 99) + Jio DhanDhanaDhan (Rs.309/-; 84 days) + Prime 149/- (9 Recharge cycles)= Rs.1,749/- only!

Checked as explained, Prime149 doesn't appear only 99 + DDD 309 is listed

Yes, Statement can be generated (both with myJio app/My statement and www.jio.com sign-in) for last180 days. "From" & "To" dates can be 30 days apart. Recharge history is displayed in the "Summary" tab of My Statement

I fail to understand RJio! 1. No Recharge history displayed in myJio app OR www.jio.com sign-in 2. Midway through Prime149, DDD 309 was activated [Prime149 was to expire on 20-May-2017. However, DDD 309 was activated on 01-May-2017 itself]. subsequently, Prime149 disappeared from myJio app/my Plans on 21-May-2017 3. DDD 309 validity expired for both my connections on 21-June-201 at 9.51PM.[31 days from 21-May-2017]. However, one was renewed at 10.15PM same night and other next morning at 6.37AM for 28 days. 4. since there is no Prime 149 in Queque at myJio app/my Plans, i hope DDD 309 will Auto-renew on 19-July-2017 [1st connection] & 20-July-2017 [2nd connection] for the final installment of 28 days more!

One of my connections Auto-renewed last night [21-June-2017; 10.15PM] and other this morning [22-June-2017; 06.37AM] for further 28 days, though validity of both the connections expired last night [21-June-2017; 9.51PM] Hope DDD 309 will be Auto-renewed on 19-July-2017 [1st connection] & 20-July-2017 [2nd connection] for the last installment of 28 days more!

There is no confusion! We are with RJio since 05-June-2016 [purchased 2 Lyf Wind-4 handsets with 2 Jio Prepaid SIMs]. We did 99 + Prime 149 + Dhan Dhana Dhan 309 Recharge(s). we are getting the benefits of DDD 309 [1GB Data/day & 100 SMS/day] for our Prime 149 till it's validity expires on May 20, 2017, this is the Loyalty-Bonus!

i understand through a friend of mine that, it is the "loyalty bonus to RJio customers who have done 99 + Prime149 + DDD 309 Recharge(s) to have benefit of Prime 309 [1GB & 100 SMS/day] till the validity of Prime 149!". in my case, till May 20, 2017 11.06AM & later DDD 309 Pack will be effective till June 21, 2017 [28 days] initially followed by 2 more auto renewals [28+28+28 = 84 days]. hope it stays that way!

Already done, it is getting deducted from DDD 309! We have 2 RJio Connections, same issue Contacted CC via e-mail, no response as usual that's why I said, "i fail to understand what is going on at RJio!"

What I mean is, in Current Plan[Prime 149] "Data Available" has remained constant [1.44GB] since last 2-3 days and it is being deducted from the supposed to be upcoming DDD 309 Plan

since last two days, i have noticed that, instead of Active Plan Jio Prime 149, my Data usage is getting deducted from Queued Jio DDD [which should come active after expiry of current Jio Prime 149, on 21May2017] i fail to understand what is going on at RJio!

I had recharged my Jio MDN with Rs.99/- [Prime Subscription]; Prime Rs. 149/- in March 2017 followed by Jio DDD Rs.309/- in April 2017. Till this morning [27Apr2017], only Prime MRP 149 was showing in myJio app/my plans. Now in addition, Jio DDD Prime 309 is shown in Queque. however, Recharge history is still not available!

Ref. myJio app/my plans since this morning [27Apr2017], i have noticed that, "Queued Reharges" appear in myJio app/my plans. hope it stays that way! however, Recharge history is still not available!

Ref. myJio app/my plans We had availed Jio Prime membership [Rs.99/-] followed by Prime MRP 149 Recharge in March 2017. Later in April 2017, we did Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan [D3] 309 Recharge. our Jio Happy New Year Offer Expired at 11.05AM this morning [22April2017] & Jio Prime MRP 149 got activated with Unlimited Voice; 2+1=3GB data & 100 SMS for 28 days [valid till May 20, 2017]. we presume, our Jio D3 309 benefits will start after the present Jio 149 pack expiry on May 20, 2017. Still the Recharge History is Not available at myJio app! However, it is available at Jio Money, through which Recharge(s) were done.

when we took RJio Connection on 05June2016 [with Lyf Wind 4], a friend of mine [E&C B.Tech. from IIT-Kharagpur] working for RJio assured us that RJio services would be free for a min. period of 1Yr. as the RJio top brass had "forgotten about billing" & not finalized a vendor for their Billing Software! my friend has since left RJio and so have his competent colleagues! yes, we should keep our fingers crossed & hope for positive outcome!

I have done Prime membership [Rs.99/-] + Prime Rs.149/- + Dhan Dhana Dhan [D3] Rs.309/- Recharges in March & April However, in myJio app/ My plans/Current Plan shows Jio Happy New Year Offer Expires Apr 22, 2017 11.08AM and Recharge history says No Recharge History Available! I understand RJio has extended Prime membership enrollment / Dhan Dhana Dhan Recharge deadline by one week [from earlier 15Apr2017 to 22April2017]

Same here with Prime 149/- & Dhan Dhana Dhan 309 combo. myJio app under My plans/Current Plan still shows Jio Happy New Year Offer expires 15-April-2017 at 11.59 PM. Recharge History vanished in myJio! luckily i did my Recharges [99, 149 & 309] via JioMoney app, which is as of now, showing details of all my Recharges. All said and done, it appears Team Jio is a bunch of stumbling amateurs, not a professionally managed Org!

hope for the best! even if it comes worst [28 day validity for my D3 309] no issues, been using RJio for free since 05June2016!

No I didn't. I expected some kind of offer for my Prime 149 Recharge as well! like 42 days [28+14 days] of Free Prime 149 benefits since SUSU 303 [Summer Surprise] Recharge offered 3 months [84 days] of Prime 303 benefits. i am not sure, after D3 309 [ Dhan Dhana Dhan] Recharge last evening, I got SMS & E-mail stating that the validity for my 309 Recharge is only 28 days! hope RJio keeps it's promise!

I have done Jio Prime Recharge of Rs.149/- earlier and Dhan Dhana Dhan Recharge of Rs.309/- last evening [11Apr2017]. i understand that, i will have Dhan Dhana Dhan benefits w.e.f. midnight of 15Apr2017 [early Hrs. of 16Apr2017] for 84 days and Prime149 benefits later for 28 days. Am I right?

It seems, Jio Happy New Yr. Offer to continue for Jio Prime 149 members till April 15, 2017 for sure!

thank you for the prompt response. having used Jio services since 05June2016 [almost One Yr.] for free, I have a self imposed obligation to continue with Jio Prepaid Base Plan [Prime 149/-] till 31March2018!
