'sir ji get me out of this issue the phone is getting connected to QPST but i think i dnot know the spc help me out

hitesh i have scaned the memory using unicdma and then saved it to a bin file then read spc thr winhex but was confused to use winhex( gathering number part ) at last got the right spc but when i insert that spc i get the error " “Usage of programming code exceed the limit” and secondly i tried using qpst 2.7 build 215 but the same error"online connection failure unspecified error” please help
