Today from 4.30pm to 6.25pm I was not able to use blackberry data service. Even there was call drop problem. anyone faced this problem?

Got a call from reliance blackberry team,they offered me BBPRS599plan in which browsing messing mail services all is available + unlimited downloads, no restriction of you tube streaming.Since I have port out 2 of my blackberry number to airtel ,so they offered this plan to my rest 3 reliance blackberry number. Any one else using this plan or this plan is been offered by back end team to selective customers.

CDMA.this is my another blackberry number,which is still rcom cdma .

And the name of the dual network will be DOCOM . Com from Rcom and Do from DOCOMO

Its seems most of the operator are having problem with mnp implementation must say Rcdma and Airtel are smoothly processing MNP as per my experience since My Rcdma to Airtel MNP took only 5 days and from today evng my BIS airtel blackberry plan also activated. I didt faced any call related problem but yes airtel took 3days to activate my Rcdma number to its blackberry plan but now I am abel to use Airtel blackberry and call service with any problem

That's bad all of you are taken for a ride from your respective operators my mobile number porting process completed with in five days from Rcdma to Airtel.The only problem remains that airtel is not been abel to activate my bis airtel blackberry plan that will be solved by today evnng

Sure applied for mnp on 20thjan and process completed today by getting my number ported to airtel.got confirmation sms on 22nd since mine is post paid connection cleared the total outstanding on 23rd when got sms from reliance about total amount to be paid before porting can be done after clearing the bills porting done today .but problem is airtel now unable to activate blackberry plan since there server not taking my reliance number as blackberry airtel number.anyways airtel people assured will be done by today 10pm

Yes.But for that airtelpeople called up asking can they deactivate the number for 2hr,or to give any specific time for deactivating the number atleat for 2hr.

My new sim is activated now .Ported from RCDMA to Airtel .by evening blackberry plan will be also activated as promised by airtel.They giving 300rs off till 6mnth on my total monthly bill,no sim charge taken from them.Now of toget a new blackberry torch,at last will get a hand of this superb device without changing my number. Please let us know from which carrier to which carrier you ported ur no. & inform the members when your new SIM activate, i am from mubai only given req. from RCDMA-->Vodafone on 20th.

Number has been suspended just now for 2hr for porting.waiting for the porting to be done

Ported to airtel.no sim charge since my monthly bill is 2500+.maximum time within 7days number will be ported to airtel.But air tel people promised by tuesday number will be ported to air tel

If you got prl 5 done on your hand set .mail reliance blackberry customer care to activate EVDO network on you blackberry number.I have activate1XEV on my both the blackberry by mailing them ,and got 1XEV service activated with 5hr. .

Re register from register now button and then take out the sim and insert if after a few minute may help.

In which circel your are?i mean in which city.Mail to nodal officer of your city or stae .I had similar problem and after mailing to the nodal it was resolved with in a day.

Got a sms from reliance that blackberry internet service will be unavailable to system update ,are they updating to bis 3 ?

Reliance Blackberry activation unit has system problem, so no new blackberry plan activation is being done for the past 2 and half days. My request to activate blackberry plan on Sunday is still not done and said reason is system error from their side. Anybody having similar problem with Reliance CDMA blackberry?

Are any others facing any problem while surfing through blackberry browser or getting there email in there device On my device browsing is very slow from today and mails are been pushed to my device very late.

And now from evng I am unable to receive any sms from other networks only receiving sms from reliance cd ma and gsm number wow what a service customer care people are also clueless about this problem

Its CDMA 8830 no it on 1X not EVDO still facing the problem after clearing log files broswer cokkies caches .
